TASKS DESCRIPTION
FOOD SORTING
Help sort, inspect, and organize food donations in our warehouse to support our network of community organizations. This volunteer role involves physical tasks such as bending, moving boxes, and lifting light to moderate loads.
EVENTS
Represent Moisson Sud-Ouest at community events by staffing information booths, engaging with the public, selling fundraising products or raffle tickets, and helping raise awareness of our mission.
O’HANGAR COMMUNITY STORE
Help organize our community store by sorting clothing, preparing and pricing merchandise, testing donated items to ensure they are in good working condition, and creating attractive product displays.
You can volunteer at either of our two community stores, located in Valleyfield or Beauharnois.
MEDIA FOOD DRIVE
Take part in our annual street fundraising campaign by collecting monetary donations at intersections throughout the region during the holiday season. This inspiring community event brings together hundreds of volunteers who unite to support people facing food insecurity and make a meaningful difference in their community.
WAREHOUSE
